mixed mess@ge functions as an artist's collective and production company, and is dedicated to the phenomenological approach. Having produced site-specific installations and multimedia shows, mixed mess@ge is now gearing up for a music video with Nurse Vendetta K Starr in January 2002.

After graduating from NYU in economics and computer science, Kei Sugimoto was wondering what to do with my life. Realizing the great things emerging computer technology could do for multimedia, he got into the field of video and started AfterPlanet, a multimedia company. Now in its first year of operation, AfterPlanet has produced commercials for Sony's Clie PDA, Travel Agency Amnet and music/promotion videos for many emerging musicians and artists.
